SHIPPING & RETURNS

Domestic Shipping

We offer free standard shipping for all orders over AUD 100 and free express shipping for orders over AUD 300.

For orders below AUD 100, standard shipping is AUD10 and for orders below AUD300, Express shipping is AUD15.

 

 

International Shipping

For International orders, shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

Orders will be shipped during normal business hours Monday to Friday. All customs duties and taxes charged at the destination will need to be paid by the customer. 

Shipping transit times and method may be impacted by rules in your resident country. We will get in touch with you if your order delivery is impacted.

If your residence is not in the shipping zones, please contact us and we can discuss with Australia Post or a courier company to work out the best shipping method for your order.

 

Returns policy

Our policy lasts 7 days from the date of purchase or date of delivery for online orders. 


To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unused, in original condition with all labels/tags attached and returned within 7 days of receiving your product.  

Returns may take up to 10 days to process. Proof of online purchase/order number must be emailed to sales@zohaonline.com before item(s) is returned.

 

 

Refunds 

Refunds are only available on full priced items and will be processed using the original tender type that the original purchase was made with. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Sale Items

Items purchased during a promotion, marked down items and online credits are non-refundable. You will be issued with an online credit valid for three months.

 

Return Shipping

To return your product, please contact us by email first at sales@zohaonline.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. As we are not liable for the loss of the item being returned, we recommend sending your parcel with a trackable service. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We are not liable to refund any customs duty/taxes paid by international customers on original delivery.
